Our powder is made slightly damp so you do not need to dampen your tooth brush with water, just insert your tooth brush into the container and pick up powder onto your toothbrush. Brush in a normal manner. Brush thoroughly, preferably after each meal but at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.
